First release of QKD key retrieval software implementing ETSI GS QKD 014

We are excited to announce the first release of our QKD key retrieval software. To aid in the integration of QKD into applications, we have developed and released software which can be used to retrieve QKD keys from a QKD system or a Key Management System (KMS). The software implements the ETSI GS QKD 014 standard which defines the interface between an application and a KMS. The software is freely available on GitHub under the MIT license and has also been published as a Rust crate so that it can be easily used in Rust projects. Besides Rust, the software can also be used with C and as a standalone command-line program.
